Grill Like a Gourmet With an Electric Grill

by admin on April 29, 2010

Now that grilling season is upon us, does it bring back memories of your dried out or undercooked burgers? I wish I could like chefs in a restaurant, searing in the juices. Secondly, I can never tell if my meat is done and cutting into check dries it out, “Can someone get the A-1?” When it comes to grilling my husband is better than me but he’s challenged by hot spots and flare-ups, dousing the with a cup of water which leaves a mess on our deck. When he’s on a business trip I never because I am scared of lighting the gas and worried about the danger with my children playing nearby.

I have found that our challenges and my worries have been faced head on and eliminated by the Cook Number System electric grills. Without searing a streak loses 80 percent of it’s juices, requiring temperatures between 500 and 1000 degrees Fahrenheit. Meat can be seared on these electric grills. Hot spots are an enemy when grilling, also not a problem with a Cook Number.

When using gas, you have to light one side high and food on the opposite side. Smoke that arises when meat juice and fat fall into the flame contains carcinogenic substances and this smoke coats the food. You utilize the entire cook surface of an electric grill griddle, preparing more food in a shorter time-frame. The concern of flare-ups and charring is eliminated because there is no open flame equaling healthy preparation with electric grills.

Don’t give up when your burger gets overcooked and go pay expensive burger prices at a restaurant. Leave everyone impressed with your new expertise by grilling your own food on an electric grill this season. We are offering savings on Cook Number outdoor electric grills for a limited time. The warmer temperatures are drawing us outdoors and make grilling and dining al fresco so fun. Get outdoors and get grilling!
